Hermes VPS Drive Backup
Terms of use
Conditions for operating Hermes VPS Drive Backup: authorized files, account security, storage limits, key custody, restore testing and withdrawal of access.
Purpose
Personal operation, not a hosted public service
Hermes VPS Drive Backup is an operator-only integration for backups to the operator’s own Google Drive. It is not offered for public registration, does not sell storage and does not collect payments through this website. Only files the operator owns or is authorized to process may be included.
Responsibility
Select, protect and test the backups
The operator is responsible for file selection, necessary permissions, account security, encryption-key custody, available storage, retention settings and regular restore tests. Do not place secrets or third-party personal information in public pages or connectivity test files.
Storage connectivity alone is not proof of a complete backup or successful recovery. The integration is in validation and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, permanent retention or recovery of every file. Maintain an independent recovery key and an appropriate fallback copy.
Providers
Respect the connected services
Use must comply with applicable law and the terms and policies of the connected service providers. Google storage quotas, authorization revocation, service changes and account restrictions can interrupt transfers. The integration does not bypass these controls or automatically purchase more capacity.
Google authorization status does not change ownership of the files or make them public. This integration is not an official Google product.
Stopping
Control access and existing files
The operator may stop the job or revoke access through Google Account connections. Existing backups are retained until deleted under the operator’s chosen settings. See the privacy policy for storage, retention and deletion details.
